Excellent hotel with its fantastic spa, free Wi-Fi, and excellent restaurant. The staff were really good, especially when they helped me return documents I accidentally left. I highly recommend the experience!

This hotel was pleasant and quiet and breakfast was sensational. Nice and really kind staffs, gave a few recommendations. Stunning location, elegant room with lovely view of the mountains. Large private bathroom. Excellent service throughout my stay. The elegant feel of the venue. Relaxing stay, as always...

the pool area offers a fine view of the skiing slopes, absolute gem! the bar only closes at 10 pm.

Difficult to find.location outside the town krynica. The name "hotel spa״ give us the idea that this hotel have special termal , and maybe mineral facility. They have common spa, so we have a little regret about the deal.

Spa complex was brilliant. Staff very nice. I could only recommend this place.

What a fantastic getaway! The spectacular swimming pool was so inviting, and the breakfast blew my mind with its deliciously prepared dishes. the only downside was the slightly outdated room decor which could use a refresh.

Spa dr irena eris is a lovely retreat tucked away practically in the forest, offering a lovely swimming pool with pristine water. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is excellent, with fresh ingredients like peeled tomatoes that taste organically grown. The spa facilities are extensive.

The spa treatments were excellent, especially the facial that left my skin glowing. Staff members were attentive. Waking up to the serene mountain view each morning was a highlight that took my breath away.

The room felt somewhat dated, lacking the modern touches that could enhance the overall experience.

Excellent wellness area and high-quality treatments. Found the beds uncomfortable, made it hard to sleep well. Enjoyed biking around the beautiful trails nearby.

It was just a great fit for shopping in Krynica Zdroj with good value. The outdoor jacuzzi was a highlight. Bring your own reusable straw for better sipping options.

What a lovely retreat! The secluded vibes gave me life, and the SPA treatments were just divine. I couldn't get enough of the amazing view from that outdoor jacuzzi!

But crikey, sipping my drink with that paper straw was like a workout. Let's just say my 'Raspberry Mohito' was more of a 'Raspberry whoops-I-spilled-it' situation.

We enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend it. Although we only stayed for 5 nights, everything was excellent. the location of the property was ideal, nestled in the forest, and the views of the surrounding mountains were stunning. Our room was beautifully furnished, and the hotel staff were exceptional.
